Dr. David Erickson

Dr. Erickson was born in Longview, Washington, and raised in Chehalis, Washington, where he attended and graduated from Napavine High School.  Dr. Dave has a bachelor of science degree from the University of Oregon and earned his dental degree (DDS) from the Northwestern University School of Dentistry.

He has been with Cascade Dental for the past five years, working at our Fisher’s Landing office.  Dr. Dave enjoys all phases of family dentistry, but is particularly interested in the latest technologies in the dental field.  He is an active member of the Clark County Dental Society and belongs to the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Erickson is married to wife Kathryn.  They have three sons, David, Jordon and the newest addition, little Ashton. In his spare time, Dr. Dave likes hiking, backpacking and reading.  He particularly likes working around his home, especially on his John Deere tractor!

Dr. Jay Langsdorf

Dr. Langsdorf was born and raised right here in Vancouver, Washington.  He graduated from Fort Vancouver High School in 1964 and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree from Portland State University. He then attended the University of Oregon Dental School where he earned his doctor of dental medicine (DMD) degree in 1971.  Dr. Jay served a dental residency at Madigan General Hospital in Tacoma, Washington.  He remained active in the U.S. Army Reserve, retiring with the rank of colonel.

Dr. Jay has been an active, practicing dentist in Vancouver since 1974.  In 1983, he founded Cascade Dental Group. Today he is an active partner in all three of our dental centers.  Dr. Langsdorf practices full service family dentistry, including crowns, restorative dentistry and implants.  He is very interested in all new dental technologies.

Dr. Jay is married to wife Mary and has five grown children.  He particularly enjoys community activities.  In his free time, Dr. Langsdorf enjoys hiking, kayaking, swimming, biking and driving his John Deere Tractor for garden projects.

Dr. Eric N. Dahlen

Dr. Dahlen was born and raised in Salem, Oregon. He graduated in 1997 from Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland with a DMD degree and practiced one year in Clackamas, Oregon before moving to Vancouver and joining Cascade Dental.

Although he enjoys all phases of general family dentistry, Dr. Dahlen has a special interest in Endodontics and Implantology. He is a member of the Clark County Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association. He recently served on a Mission trip to provide dental care to the people of rural Mexico.

Dr. Dahlen lives in the Felida area of Clark County with wife Deanna, two young daughters and a Boxer dog named Cisco. In his spare time he enjoys backpacking, exploring the Columbia Gorge, seeing new movies, running and spending time with his family.

Jennifer Haslam

Jennifer was born and raised in Wenatchee, Washington.  After graduating from high school, she attended Central Washington University in Ellensburg, Washington.  In 1994 she graduated from Clark Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene.

Jennifer has been a Professional Dental Hygienist for twelve years.  For the last eleven years, she has been with Cascade Dental.  She helps patients at our  Fisher’s Landing office.  Jennifer has served on the Clark College Dental Hygiene Advisory Board for the past five years.

She and her husband of 10 years, John, enjoy raising their two daughters, Emily and Elisabeth.  They love trips to the beach, hiking and camping as a family.  In her spare time, Jennifer volunteers at her daughters’ schools and enjoys reading and cooking.

Tammy Condon

Tammy was born and raised right here in Vancouver, Washington.  She graduated from Mountain View High School in 1991 and went on to Clark College where she received her associate’s degree and her hygienist’s certificate.

Tammy is one of the newest members of the Cascade dental hygienist team. She has always worked in the Vancouver area and joined Cascade in 2005.  In addition to her credentials as a professional hygienist, Tammy has had some experience in the fields of restorative dentistry and anesthesiology.

In her spare time, Tammy loves spending time with her two nieces, Evelyn and Lily and her cat Alice.  She also likes quilting and scrapbooking.

Sabrina Plantenburg

Sabrina is a native Vancouver resident attending and graduating from Mountain View High School and Clark College.  She has nearly completed her bachelor of science in dental hygiene from Eastern Washington University.

She has worked as a dental hygienist at the Cascade Dental Fisher’s Landing office for the past four years.  She specializes in periodontal disease.

Sabrina and her husband Eric love playing with their black lab Quinn.  They also enjoy four wheeling and camping.  For relaxation after than, Sabrina likes scrap-booking, drawing and reading.

Deanna Davis

Deanna was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and raised in colorado. She graduated from Green Mountain High School in Lakewood, Colorado. She went on to attend Warren Occupational & Technical School, graduating in 1985.

Deanna’s dental career spans more than 20 years. She has worked in
various capacities from chairside assistant to the front office.

Deanna moved to the Northwest in 2002. She is a recent newlywed,
having married husband Ricky in January of 2005. She enjoys traveling
and spending time at the beach. Deanna also has a very unusual hobby... she raises African Dwarf Frogs!

Ronita Singh

Ronita was born in Suva, Fiji, and raised in Vancouver, Washington.  She graduated from Evergreen High School and went on to earn her associate’s degree in dental hygiene from Clark Community College.  She is currently working on completing her bachelor’s degree through Eastern Washington University.

Ronita has been a professional dental hygienist for four years.  She has been with Cascade Dental for the past three, helping patients at our Fisher’s Landing office.

Ronita likes spending time with her four cats, Chester, Sally, Max and Oscar.  In her spare time she enjoys hiking, snowboarding and running.  She is also very interested in yoga and she loves shopping and going to the movies
